Samantha Regenthal is a specialist in life sciences laws and regulations, based in Switzerland. Before founding her own company in 2014, Samantha worked as an inhouse counsel at F.Hoffmann-La Roche headquarters in Basel, Switzerland and as Head Legal Services at the life sciences boutique consultancy SFL in Basel, Switzerland.
She is counselling clients on legal, regulatory and compliance matters associated with pharmaceutical and medtech product development and marketing and is frequently involved in governance and policymaking activities. In addition, she possesses recognised expertise in EU competition law. As of 2025, Samantha is also active in the field of international arbitration and mediation,with a focus on life sciences disputes. Samantha is a Swedish national. Her working languages are English, German and Swedish. |
